How To Order at AMJ Windows?

How to place an order online with AMJ Windows? Here is the process.

Step 1: (GREETINGS)

Greeted by our staff upon contact. We will ask for various documents to ensure all your energy, acoustic, and structural requirements are fulfilled. We will have enough information including architectural drawings or schedules to match the best product solution and arrange the expected production line.

Step 2: (LETS GET STARTED)

You will receive an obligation-free proposal, containing all windows, hardware, and glass types at no cost. Free section samples are available, just freight cost is needed. We will update and confirm any details you want.

Step 3: (PRELIMINARY PRODUCTION)

Upon receiving AMJ proposal, terms must be met, then shop drawings will be provided for your review, with all details needed to get your project into production.

Step 4: (MANUFACTURE AND PACK) We will provide a detailed time line, a detailed container layout, with a detailed cost of shipping. We recommend using AMJ, or if preferred we can recommend alternative freighters or work with your existing freighter.

Step 5: (PRODUCT ARRIVAL)

Upon arrival of your windows and doors, we recommend a full inspection within 7 days, at which point if any damage occurs, AMJ will provide a free replacement. Each window and iron frame has detailed labels for your convenience

Step 6: (INSTALLATION)

Installation guide / video will be provided as required. We can provide online guidance. If there is any problem or accessories are missing, we will send new ones immediately.
